The paper, on the base of analysing the present characteristics of the transport net-work in Hunchun region, put forward a integrated design to construct a comprehensive transport system in the area which consisted of a central harbour in Fangchuan, three sub-systems of ports around the Sea of Japan and a land transport network, and discussed the possibility and ways to set up a joint land-sea and Eurasian land bridge transport system with Fangchuan as a pivot.
